Do you offer after hour pick up/drop off?
We do offer after hour drop off. You may find information on our after hour drop off page.
For after hour pick up you will need to arrange when you are notified your car is finished. Let the team member know you'd like after hour pick up & they will arrange payment & let you know where the keys will be located.
How do I access my Customer Portal?
Please send am email to service@goreservice.com & we'll provide you with all the information to set up access to your customer portal.
Are repairs under warranty?
We offer a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on most new parts installed with us. If a part is warrantied longer it will be on your invoice.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order & all major credit cards. We can take payment in person, credit card over the phone or online (credit card or ach) via an emailed invoice. We have also recently teamed up with WiseTack to provide buy here pay here payments, see our financing page for more information.

What vehicles do you repair?
We offer repair for all makes/models of vehicles on the road as well as small trailers. If you have a specific issue, please call us 717-806-5936.
What types of repairs do you do?
We provide PA state inspection & emissions, tire repair, brake repair, required maintenance & service, light structural rust damage repair, Fluid Film Treatment, general repairs & more.
I dropped my vehicle off but forgot my valid registration &/or valid insurance card, help?
Please send a copy of your valid registration &/or insurance card to service@goreservice.com.
Fluid Film is a lanolin oil applied by our certified techs that protects your vehicle from water, salt, dirt, etc. that can cause rust damage. It cannot be applied to wet services & before applying we will spray off dirt, dust, etc. Then our techs apply the oil to the underside of your vehicle & in all reachable areas. The oil then creeps & crawls along the metal of your car for a protection against the elements. It can help prevent further rusting on older vehicles & is recommend on new vehicles in the "rust belt" of PA. We recommend this service yearly.
